LegalperfecT includes the facility to enter an opening of a sectional title register – in order to generate the Certificate of Registered Sectional Title, Consent to the Opening of a Sectional Title Register in terms of the regulations of section 12(1)(b), and all other relevant documents.
The file is entered in a similar way to a transfer, with the same easy, logical workflow.
Once all the information is entered, the user can select the documents that they would like to generate for the Opening of the Sectional Title Register OR the most commonly used documents are automatically selected, depending on the user’s setup:
