Enquiries e-consultant for your conveyancing practice management The LegalperfecT Enquiry module allows a LegalperfecT user, or a partner or receptionist, to quickly look up a Bond or Transfer file on the system, without needing the specific file reference. Bond and Transfer files can be searched by first name, surname, property description, Institution or Estate Agent, loan account number, etc. so that when a client calls in to find out the progress on his Bond or Transfer, a user can look up the progress without leaving his/her desk and without needing detailed information on the file. The user can also see the last completed action on the file, the next action that is due to be completed, any resons for delays, and the user who is responsible for that Bond or Transfer. The user enters enquiries, and selects whether to search Bonds, Transfers or all files on the system. The user can then select the criteria they would like to search on, and the results will be displayed: The user can also print a report on the progress of the file to send to the client via fax or e-mail (This facility is also available for non-LegalperfecT users in the office, at no extra charge)
